I wanted to make one more point that I think makes Bradys career that much more impressive. Look at the cast of characters that's been around him for now, his 5th Super Bowl apperance. There are only 5 players on this team left from the 18-1 season a couple of years ago. Go back to the Rams SB in 2001-02 and look at the running backs/WR he had. Then goto the Carolina and Philly bowls. All different. Literally..... role players come and go and Brady just makes them all look like superstars. Shit, even the defense has changed year in and year out. Brady and Belichick. Best formula for winning the league has ever seen. Montana had Rice. Bradshaw had Swan and others, not to mention the Steel Curtain. Brady has had Deion Branch, David Givins, Welker, fucking Antoine Smith for christ sake.

She's not my favorite by any means (for me it's either gotta be Mila Kunos or Kim Kardashian, based PURELY on apperance for the latter) but you can't deny the woman is fuckin breathtaking. Then just look at Toms ex who he has another kid with. Smoke show. He's "The Man" in all definitions of the phrase. |

My two favorites are Kathy Ireland and Tyra Banks - of course they're not modelling anymore. Mila Kunis is amazingly how as well. Kim Kardashian...she's really pretty...but that's about it. |

These two weeks are awful. They should play the SuperBowl the very next Sunday after the Championship games. It just allows the media to come up with more garbage storylines that are unnecessary. It's not like more people are going to watch the game Feb 5th as opposed to Jan 29th. Let's play this bitch already.
I think the worst part though, beyond the media aspect is the fact every meathead in the Country has 2 weeks to brilliantly break down the matchups (even though if you watch Sunday NFL countdown, you'll probably get the consensus opinion of the masses, because their opinions are drastically altered based on anything ANYONE says with a camera in front of them). Everyones an expert. So I've been avoiding sportscenter and what not. Hopefully it can continue. February Five can't get here soon enough.

The SuperBowl is in my city next weekend. I think one of the reasons they wait an extra week, besides anything actually sport related, is a lot of people who go to the SB make a whole vacation out of it. Tomorrow they're opening "SuperBowl Village" downtown, there's going to be free live music all over and a bunch of shit going on all week. Indy seems to be putting quite a few eggs in this basket, they've been doing construction like crazy and talking about it on the news all the time. Mitch Daniels even gave a shout out during his response to the SOTU. I'm glad that some roads have been fixed that have needed it for years, but that's about it. |

1 NBA championship
1 NHL championship

Similar indeed. Almost the exact same score with Eli leading a march down field late in the 4th getting the clutch catches when they needed em. That sideline grab by Manningham was amazing. Seems like Billy Boy can't find a way to beat the Giants. 0-2 in the big game. Maybe we will see another rematch before Eli and Brady finish out their careers. |
