well I thought it was all good, even though I felt uneasy.

sure I can smoke all the ganja I want on my lunch breaks, and get away with practically everything. Well, my neighbor who got me the job just told me this bit of info.

I guess I wasn't allowed to do callbacks, but rather than my boss explaining to me(being he never told me I wasn't allowed) and informing me of my errors he told my neighbor to tell me. QUOTE>

"You need to tell your boy to quit wasting my time with all his fucking callbacks or his ass is going to be out of a job"

I made 8 sales my first week. This is my second week I only made 3 sales...so this paycheck I'm not seeing any commision.

those words hurt me as I have had alot of respect for the guy, and actually felt motivated by his speeches....not much but a bit.

Well he is two faced. but anyways, his unprofessional attitude slippes out from time to time, partly by him showing me nudy pictures on his phone, seconldy by talking shit behind everyones back, then act like he's cool with everyone when he's facing you.

But finally he fucked up. And yes karma is a bitch.

My neighbor(girl) went in to work during the nightshift after I left.

My boss dissapeared after lunch. He spend his working houres at a strip bar next to work. he was gone the entire day but came back drunk as hell.

The phones were down for a bit so my neighbor had to make a call in his office, he gets back.

First he jokingly plays around trying to grab her and holds a lit cigarette and tells her to watch out or she'll get burned. all while shes making a sale, she tells him to back off. He starts yelling "its a scam its a scam dont buy it!!!"

She tells him to back off again and he says "your in MY office I can do what I want!"

He then sits down and trys to force her ontop of him, she tells him to stop and back off. He keeps pulling her groping her EVRYWHERE, she pushes away and he slaps her in the face. Then finally he grabs her by her tit and twists giving her the worst of purple nurples...

At this time the assistant manager walks in and tells the boss to back off.

he screams "fuck her shesa crazy bitch!"

he leaves, they call corporate and than the cops.

It turns out him and his secretary were filling out overtime for themselves. a 50 hour week work schedule...they only work 30...

so now theres a warrant out for his arrest, he is definetly fired. Etourandtravel is going to sue him. I'm pretty sure he'll have a hard time finding a new job, and an even harder time trying to collect unemployment.

Meanwhile my neighbor is now being promoted.

This is why I dont like unprofessional enviroments.

but atleast now that asshole is out and starting tomorrow EVERYTHINGS getting enforced. I bet monday they'll be a big meeting on sexual harrasment.

SHADY.

But yeah karmas a bitch.

Wow, that's actually kinda awesome.  It's not everyday when the d-bag gets what's coming to him.  I hope you're relieved that you don't have to work for such a scum bag anymore.  Most people who work for scumbags aren't so lucky, especially when they were desperate to get the job in the first place.

Since you're on the good side, and since you (seem to be) one of the few who aren't used to working in such a non-professional environment, play your cards right and you could ride a little promotion wave in the near future.

Some years back, when I was a manager for a Regal Cinema here in Lake Worth, we had a District Manager who was a real choad. Guy was one of those people who intimidates employees smaller than him with his stocky, bulldog build and big mouth (in all honesty that part was lost on me,  as I was twice his size and have an ice cold temper if the right buttons are pushed). Anyway, after two years under his miserable reign, the police arrived at his office in Royal Palm Beach one afternoon. Thing is, his office was upstairs in one of the newer, larger Regal multiplexes, so this went down in front of the entire staff. I wasn't there that day (my theater was across town), but two people I knew very well who were on staff corraborated that - within fifteen minutes - the two officers had emerged from the upstairs with the DM in custody. They led him through the lobby and out of the building to the back of their car. He cried his eyes out the entire time. According to my friends, he was literally sobbing.  Turns out that ol' douchenheimer decided to dip his fat, greedy hands into the end-of-the-week receipts one too many times and his "adjusted"  numbers were no longer covering the discrepancy.  Ahh, the dangers of an addiction to the six martini lunch. The head office figured it out, investigated him, uncovered his massive theft and prosecuted. We pretty much all danced a jig  of joy at hearing that the asshhole of assholes had gotten what he had coming to him. Regal still sucked ass and I eventually left the industry altogether, but at least on that day one of the people ruining things for the rest of us got what he deserved.

Yeah, shitty bosses suck ass. I admittedly have a problem with authority, but I had this one boss who was just so far beyond rational that it was unbelievable. I really thought killing him would make me feel better, but it really didn't. I mean, the whole time I'm doing my time I just kept thinking about this douchebag like I was still having to report to him every day. Even now, years later, I have dreams about that dude. Take my advice...you may wish your boss dead, but don't do anything stupid. You'll pay for it and the problem never really goes away.

Sadly you'll find that most call centers have unprofessional work evironments, practices, or a little fo both.  Comcast still has the best call center that I've ever worked in, but Sitel has the best dress code.  Sitel doesn't really have a dress code, so every day is essentially dress-down.  The problem with that is that peope are usually on the less professional side too.
