RIP Michael Crichton

Michael Crichton died on Tuesday in Los Angeles after what his family described as a "courageous and private battle against cancer". He was 66 years old.

This really sucks. He was an incredible writer who gave us real-life dinosaurs.

RIP Michael, you will be missed.

As a writer (and avid reader), I find this news devastating. R.I.P. Michael. Thank you so much for the intelligence, amazing science fiction concepts which played on existing scientific ideas and for directing the movie Westworld.

That just blew my mind... I seriously cant fucking believe it...

He was the only author who ever kept me thrilled for an entire reading...cover to cover...

R.I.P.

I still cannot believe this...I would almost wish it would have been someone else...like koontz even.
